Why This Needed to Exist

Personal trainers solve this - but at $50-100 a session, most people can't afford one. And the fitness apps out there? They hand everyone the same generic plan and call it "personalized."

Our client had a clear vision: what if an app could genuinely replace that trainer? Not just give you a list of exercises, but actually understand your goals, adapt to your week, show you proper form, and track which muscles are recovered and ready to work again.
